Welcome to MBD Apartments, a privately owned small business. We own only a few beautiful downtown Madison apartments. We are not a management company so you will not have the issues that come with those types of companies. You will get the phone number to the owner for all your issues and they will get taken care of ASAP. We take pride in our apartments and we care about our tenants. Our mission is for you to have the best experience you’ve ever had renting.
We provide many unit options for student housing, graduate students, and working adults. We have several efficiencies in downtown Madison, as well as one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four bedroom, six bedroom and eight bedroom apartments and houses.
Many of our rental units are close to the UW campus, The Capitol Square, downtown businesses, MATC, Camp Randall Stadium, hospitals, recreation/parks, restaurants, the Kohl Center, Lake Mendota and Lake Monona.
Nearly all of our units are newly remodeled, so maintenance issues are very seldom. When we do hear of any rental or property concerns, we act quickly to resolve any -and all- maintenance requests. We ensure all of our apartments and rental units are safe and up to all security, fire and electrical codes.
